RF integrated circuit design engineer (work location: Shenzhen)

Job Responsibilities:
1. Design radio frequency integrated circuits such as LNA, Mixer, VCO and PA according to specifications;
2. Instruct the layout engineer to design the layout according to the circuit requirements;
3. Complete design documents and test plans independently;
4. Chip function module and system test, performance evaluation and problem analysis
job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in microelectronics, semiconductor or related majors
2. More than three years of design experience, design experience in LNA, Mixer, PLL, VCO, PA and other modules is preferred
3. Familiar with the basic structure of the RF transceiver circuit, familiar with the main RF components, and be able to independently complete the principle design, modeling, simulation, testing and debugging of the RF part of the circuit
4. Proficiency in using EDA software, cadence, spectre, ADS, etc.
5. Familiar with the use of spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal sources, oscilloscopes and other test instruments.
